Status is read straight from the airline system. If theirs is briefly unreachable the page says so rather than showing a stale answer.

Most often the airline has the flight in its schedule but has not published anything for that date yet. It usually appears closer to departure.
It shows what the airline has published in its schedule. For minute-by-minute status on the day, the airport board and the airline’s own notice are the final word.
Contact the agency that issued your ticket. A cancellation by the airline is a different case from a passenger cancelling, governed by aviation regulation and the airline’s conditions.
