It is a claim worth checking, so here is the whole chain from your search to your traveller’s ticket.
The airline system
Seats, fare classes and penalties live in the operating airline’s own reservation system. That is the only place they are true.
Our direct connection
We query that system ourselves on every search. Nothing is cached, and no third-party platform sits between us and the carrier.
A real PNR
Your reservation is created in the airline record and holds the seat. Issuing returns the airline’s own electronic ticket number.
One credit account
Issuing debits it, an approved refund credits it back, and every movement carries the booking reference it belongs to.
To be plain about it: we are not an airline. Fares, fare rules, penalties, baggage and the carriage itself are set and operated by the airline. We make the booking, issue the ticket and give you the tools to manage it — and we do not add a penalty of our own on top of theirs.

How we work
We show you what is true
When the airline system is unreachable, the panel says so instead of showing a stale price. A number you cannot rely on is worse than no number.

Support is reachable 24 hours a day, every day of the week — by WhatsApp, by phone and by email, in Persian, Arabic and English.
