Sky Line Travel is a B2B flight distribution platform. Licensed travel agencies open an account, hold a credit balance with us, and search, book, issue, reissue and refund airline tickets themselves — under their own brand.

We are a direct provider, not a reseller sitting on top of another platform. The panel talks to the operating airline systems, so a seat you see is a seat the airline has open at that moment and a price you see is the price at that moment.

• Every seat and fare is read live from the airline. Nothing on screen comes from a stored price list.
• A reservation creates a real PNR in the airline system, not a request queued for someone to process.
• Issuing debits your credit balance and returns the airline own e-ticket number.
• Fares, fare rules, penalties and the carriage itself belong to the airline. We distribute the booking and issue the ticket.

The route list on the home page is not a brochure — it is rebuilt from what the airline last confirmed it will actually sell, hub departures first. If a pair is missing, the carrier is not selling it right now.

• Oman and Iran: Muscat to Tehran, Muscat to Shiraz and the return legs.
• Gulf and regional: Dubai, Istanbul, Najaf and connections into the Iranian domestic network.
• Iranian domestic sectors are bookable through the same panel.

1. 1Register your agency on the site and set the owner login.
2. 2Upload the activity licence, the official gazette entry and the manager identity document.
3. 3An administrator reviews the file. Most are reviewed within one working day.
4. 4Once approved, top up your credit balance and the desk is live — search, book and issue the same day.

The panel itself never closes: reserve, issue, reissue, refund, check status and pull reports at any hour. When you need a person, support answers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The public site and the whole agency panel exist in Persian, Arabic and English. Switching language keeps you on the same page, and deep links survive the switch.

• Persian and Arabic render right-to-left, including forms, tables and the ticket document.
• Prices are shown in your account currency; the airline settles in its own and the panel shows the conversion used.
• The e-ticket can be issued in the language your traveller reads.

3. 3Results come back from the airline live, with the fare classes open at that moment.

1. 1Open the "Manage booking" tab on the home page.
2. 2Enter the booking reference (PNR). The family name is optional and only narrows the result.
3. 3The itinerary, the passengers and the ticket status come back from the airline record.

The "Online check-in" tab tells you whether the airline has opened check-in for your flight, using the same booking reference as the lookup.

The "Flight status" tab looks up a route and date against the airline own schedule and returns what it currently says. It needs no booking reference.

Enter the ticket number in the "Ticket status" tab to see what the airline currently holds against it. The family name is optional.

The refund tracker shows where a passenger refund request has got to — received, in review, approved or paid — without an account.

SKY LINE TRAVEL is a B2B distribution panel. Your agency has an account with a credit wallet; every seat you sell is reserved directly in the airline’s own system and charged to that wallet at the moment the ticket is issued. There is no separate invoice cycle for a normal booking — the wallet is the invoice.

• Fares and seat counts are read live from the airline. Nothing on the screen is a cached price list.
• Every price you see in the panel is YOUR price: it already carries your agency’s markup, markdown and tier. A colleague at another agency can see a different number for the same seat.
• Money only ever moves in one direction without your action: issuing a ticket debits the wallet. Reserving does not.
• Everything you do is written to an audit trail with your user, so a team of ten stays accountable.

1. 1Open the agency panel address and enter the email address the account was created with.
2. 2Enter your password. If two-factor is enabled the form asks for a 6-digit code from your authenticator app — type it and submit again.
3. 3You land on the dashboard. If you followed a deep link, you are returned to that page instead.

• Language: the FA / EN / AR switcher sits at the top of the sign-in card and on every panel page. Your choice is remembered for a year and also fixes the reading direction.
• Forgot password: the link under the button sends a reset mail to your address. The link in that mail is single-use and short-lived.
• “This is the wrong panel”: platform staff accounts cannot sign in here, and agency accounts cannot sign in at the admin address. Sign out and use the right one.
• A dropped connection is not a sign-out. If the network blips the panel retries and shows “Connection problem — reconnecting…”; your session is intact.

The public registration form follows the sub-agent onboarding annexure section by section. Each step is validated before the next unlocks, so nothing is rejected at the end because of a box near the beginning.

1. 1Company details — trading name, legal name, CR number, incorporation date, address, phones, email, website.
2. 2Business information — business type, travel-agency licence number, VAT number, years in business, main activities.
3. 3Authorised signatory — name, designation, nationality, ID number and their own phone/email.
4. 4Operational contacts — the reservations, accounts and management contacts we will actually write to.
5. 5Verification — a 6-digit code is sent to the email address and to the mobile number; both must be confirmed.
6. 6Requested initial top-up — the credit you expect to start with.
7. 7Bank details — the account the agency pays from and would be refunded to.
8. 8Documents and password — attach the checklist below, choose the owner password, then submit.

This is the one page that works while the account is still PENDING, so a new agency always has somewhere to look. It shows everything you submitted — legal details, contacts, address — plus the status of every document.

1. 1Find the document with the red note under it — that note is the reviewer’s own wording.
2. 2Press “Re-upload” on that row and choose the corrected file (JPG/PNG/WebP/PDF, max 5 MB).
3. 3The row goes back to Pending. You do not need to resubmit the whole application.

• Colours: green means done or available, amber means waiting or expiring, red means failed or refused, brand colour means "this is the primary action".
• A red banner with a “Retry” button is a load failure, not lost data — press Retry rather than reloading the whole page.
• Under FA and AR the entire panel mirrors right-to-left; codes that must never mirror (PNR, IBAN, account numbers, ticket numbers) stay left-to-right on purpose.

The panel hides what your role cannot use so you never click into a refusal, and the server checks again on every request so the hiding cannot be worked around. If a colleague sees a page you do not, your roles differ.

Below them, the five most recent bookings with PNR, route, flight, status and total. “View all” opens the full Bookings page.

This is the main working screen. The three steps stay in the address bar, so a search can be reloaded, bookmarked, sent to a colleague, or reached with the browser Back button. What a restored link replays is the search — the fares and seats always come back from the airline live.

A flight is not one price. The airline files a set of booking classes on it, each with its own fare, its own seat count and its own refund rules, and it opens and closes them as departure approaches. The letter on the button is that class.

• The big price on the card is the cheapest open class — it is what the flight costs “from”, not what your chosen class costs.
• “Seats” is the airline’s own availability number for that class. A single-digit number is not the aircraft filling up; it is that bucket running out.
• A class marked non-refundable will refuse a refund after issue. Read 📄 Rules before you issue if the passenger might change plans.
• Closed classes and classes with no filed price are not shown at all — they are never bookable.

One card per booking with the PNR, route, flight, class, departure date, status and total; the passengers are listed underneath with their ticket numbers.

1. 1Press Refund on the passenger’s ticket number and confirm.
2. 2The panel fetches a quote from the airline — the exact amount that will come back after the penalty — and asks you to confirm that number.
3. 3On confirmation the ticket is refunded and the credit lands back in your wallet as its own ledger line.

This page lists only RESERVED bookings and counts down each one’s ticketing deadline second by second. Under five minutes the clock turns red; at zero the airline releases the seats and the reservation is gone.

• Issue straight from here — the button asks for the e-mail and issues without a detour through Bookings.
• An expired hold cannot be revived. Search and reserve again; the fare may have moved.
• How long a hold may last is set by the platform for your agency. The picker in the booking wizard only offers durations at or below your ceiling.

Add the people you book for repeatedly. The search box filters as you type across name and document number.

1. 1Press “New request” and give the route, trip type, dates, carrier and cabin if you know them, the number of adults, children and infants, a contact, and any note.
2. 2The request is submitted with a reference number and sits at Pending.
3. 3The platform prices it and it becomes Quoted: a per-seat price appears with any note and an expiry date.
4. 4Accept or decline. Accepting HOLDS the seats for you on the quoted flight and class, at the quoted price; declining closes the request.
5. 5Book your party in the ordinary search. The airline takes at most 9 passengers per booking, so a group is several bookings — each one draws from your held seats and is charged the agreed price.

Each card is a block on one flight and date: the route, carrier, departure, cabin, the price per seat and how many seats are left out of the block’s total.

1. 1Pick a block and press “Book seats”.
2. 2Enter how many seats you want — never more than remain — and a note if the operations desk needs one.
3. 3The total is shown before you confirm. Confirm to take the seats out of the block.

• The price on a block is fixed. It does not follow the live fare, which is the point of a guarantee.
• Your own draws are listed underneath with date, route, seat count, unit price and total.
• An empty page means no block is currently published for you.

1. 1Press “New” and give the route, date, seats wanted, and the carrier/flight/cabin if you have them, plus a contact.
2. 2The entry sits at Waiting. The counter in the page header shows how many of yours are waiting and how many have been notified.
3. 3When seats appear the entry turns Notified and a green banner offers Confirm or Cancel.
4. 4Confirm to take it forward; cancel to release it for someone else.

1. 1Press “New request”. Only ticketed bookings can be reissued, so the picker lists those.
2. 2Choose the booking, give the new departure date, the new flight number if you know it, and the reason.
3. 3The request goes to Pending. The platform prices it against the airline’s rules.
4. 4When it is Quoted you see the change fee, the fare difference and the total. Accept or decline.

• Total = change fee + fare difference. The fare difference can be zero, and on a cheaper new date it does not become a credit.
• Accepting authorises the charge and the reissue; the new ticket numbers appear on the booking afterwards.
• A pending request can be cancelled by you at any time before it is quoted.

The catalogue shows the services currently on sale for your currency with their price. You can add them inside the booking wizard as you sell a ticket, or from this page afterwards; the table underneath lists everything you have bought.

1. 1Press “New shipment” and give the route, the flight date if known, the commodity, the number of pieces and the gross weight.
2. 2Add the dimensions (L × W × H in centimetres) so volumetric weight can be worked out.
3. 3Add shipper and consignee.
4. 4Press “Get quote”. Confirm to book — an AWB number is created.

1. 1Type the amount, or press one of the quick buttons.
2. 2Press “Continue to checkout”. You are handed to the payment gateway.
3. 3On success you are returned to the panel and the credit is already on the wallet — no approval step.

The top of the page shows the destination accounts: beneficiary, bank, account number, IBAN, SWIFT and currency, each with its own copy button plus a “copy everything” for pasting into a banking app. Account numbers are always shown left-to-right, whatever the panel language.

1. 1Transfer the money to one of the listed accounts from your own bank.
2. 2Press “Send receipt” on that account card (or “New deposit request”).
3. 3Enter the gross amount you sent, pick the account you paid into, add the payer reference and any comment, and attach a photo of the receipt.
4. 4Submit. The request appears in the history at Pending.
5. 5Once the platform matches it against the bank, it is approved and the net amount lands on your wallet.

1. 1Press “New request”. Your available credit is shown above the form.
2. 2Enter the amount — it cannot exceed the available credit — with your bank name, account holder, IBAN and the reason.
3. 3Submit. It sits at Pending and can still be cancelled by you.
4. 4Once approved, the payout is made to that account and a payout reference is recorded.

1. 1Choose the tab, set From and To, and press Apply. Leaving the dates empty reports the default recent window.
2. 2On Sales, Refunds and Transactions, “Export CSV” downloads exactly what is on screen for the same range.

If your agency carries a cashback offer, the ⭐ chip in the top bar shows the percentage and how much you have earned so far. During booking, the price summary shows what this booking will return.

• Cashback is not a discount. The wallet is charged the full total, and the cashback arrives back as its own credit line the moment the ticket is issued.
• It is calculated per booking, so a round trip (two PNRs) is computed and rounded per leg — which is exactly what lands in the wallet.
• At 0 % the chip and the line are hidden entirely.
• The authoritative record is the wallet ledger, where every cashback line is labelled as such.

1. 1Press “New user” and enter full name, e-mail, an initial password, a mobile number and the role.
2. 2The colleague signs in with that e-mail and password and can change the password themselves.
3. 3Change someone’s role at any time from the dropdown in their row — it takes effect on their next request.
4. 4Use Disable to switch an account off without deleting it; Enable brings it back.

• The 2FA column shows who has two-factor turned on. Encourage it for anyone who can issue tickets or spend credit.
• You cannot disable your own account — the panel hides the button on your own row.
• If you can manage users but not roles, the role dropdowns are locked and an amber note explains why. Ask for the roles permission or have someone with it set the roles.

The table lists every role with the permissions it carries and how many users hold it. System roles are marked and cannot be deleted; the ones you create can.

1. 1Press “New role”, name it after the job (“Counter”, “Night desk”, “Finance”), and tick the permissions.
2. 2Save, then assign it to people on the Users page.
3. 3A role in use cannot simply be deleted — move its users to another role first.

• The table shows each child’s status, the markup applied to them, how many users they have and how many bookings they have made.
• Suspend stops a child agency from booking without deleting anything; reactivate restores it.
• A child agency sees its own prices — yours already included — and never sees your cost.

• The bell in the top bar carries the unread count and refreshes every 30 seconds.
• Click a notification to open it and mark it read; “Mark all read” clears the badge in one go.
• Tick “Unread only” to work through the backlog.

1. 1Press “New ticket”, write a clear title, pick the category and priority, and describe the problem.
2. 2The ticket opens and the thread appears. Type in the box and press Send (or Enter) to reply.
3. 3When the matter is settled, press “Close ticket”. A closed ticket cannot receive new messages.

• The four counters at the top are your own totals per status.
• Filter by status or category and search the text of your tickets.
• Replies arrive live: the green “live” dot means the page is connected and a new answer appears without a refresh.

A traveller who booked through you can ask for a refund from the public ticket-tracking page. Those requests land here rather than going straight to the airline, so the decision stays with the agency that sold the ticket.

1. 1Filter by Pending (the default) to see what needs a decision.
2. 2Read the reference, PNR, passenger, reason and contact.
3. 3Approve to let it proceed, or Reject — a rejection asks for a note, which the passenger sees.

Fare changes, policy updates, schedule notices and operational bulletins are published here with a version tag and a date. The search box filters by title.

• Editable: e-mail, phone, country, city, address, website, and the manager’s name, e-mail and phone.
• Press Save; a green confirmation appears.

1. 1Password: type the current one, the new one twice (at least 8 characters), and save.
2. 2Two-factor: press Enable. The panel shows a setup link and a secret — add either to your authenticator app.
3. 3Type the 6-digit code the app shows and confirm.
4. 4Backup codes appear ONCE. Copy them and keep them somewhere safe.

• The preview beside the form shows the result before you save.
• Saving re-themes the panel immediately; no reload is needed.
• “Reset to default” clears the colour back to the platform orange.

1. 1Set language and theme; the mock header above updates as you type.
2. 2Press “Download preview” to see the real PDF, or the second preview button for the copy with no fare on it.
3. 3Save when you are happy. The next e-ticket downloaded from Bookings uses these settings.

1. 1Pick the document type — commercial licence, ID card or tax certificate.
2. 2Choose the image file; it is resized in the browser before upload.
3. 3Submit. The document is listed with its status.

1. 1Open the bot in Telegram and start it.
2. 2Press “Sign in with your website account”. The bot sends you a single-use link into this panel.
3. 3Sign in here with your own e-mail and password and confirm the connection.
4. 4Go back to Telegram — the bot is ready.

• The chat can do exactly what your role allows, and nothing more.
• Your password is never typed into Telegram; the connection is confirmed on this site.
• Disconnect at any time from inside the bot (Settings → Sign out).
• Prices in the bot are your agency’s prices, taken live — the same ones the panel shows.

1. 1Type in the box at the top. Results appear from the FIRST character, ranked by relevance — the best answer first, not the first article in the book.
2. 2Search in any language, with any keyboard. «كيف پول» typed on an Arabic keyboard finds the Persian article; digits in either script work.
3. 3Type a label you can see on screen — the handbook quotes them exactly, so “Time limit” or “Cashback” lands on the page that has it.
4. 4Press the “?” in the header of any page to jump straight to that page’s article.
5. 5Copy the address bar to send a colleague the exact article — the link carries the anchor.
