Every rate carries its own cancellation rule. A free-cancellation rate shows the exact date and time until which you can cancel at no cost.
Non-refundable is never hidden
A non-refundable rate is labelled as such, and you confirm it separately before payment.

Open the booking in «My stays», see the exact amount that returns to your card, and confirm. Depending on your bank, the refund can take a few working days to show.

How do I book a hotel?
Online booking opens soon. Today you can choose a destination, your check-in and check-out dates and the number of guests, then search: you see the available rooms and rates live, with each rate’s meal plan and cancellation rule. Once booking opens, you choose a rate and complete the booking right here.
Do I need to sign in to search?
No. Searching and seeing hotels and rates is open to everyone, with no account.
Which destinations do you cover?
Cities in the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Saudi Arabia and Turkey, from Dubai and Doha to Muscat, Salalah, Istanbul and Antalya. You can search any city or hotel by name.
How do I pay?
Online booking and payment open soon. Until then nothing is charged on this site: searching and comparing live rooms and rates is free.
What does free cancellation mean?
It means you can cancel at no cost until the date and time written next to the rate, and the full amount returns to your card. After that deadline the hotel’s cancellation fee applies, and that too is shown before you pay.
How do I cancel my booking?
Open the booking in «My stays» and choose cancel. Before you confirm you see the exact amount that returns; it goes back to the same card you paid with.
