Who can open an agency account?
Travel agencies and travel companies with a commercial registration. Individuals and unregistered resellers are not accepted.
Is there a fee to join?
No. Opening the account is free. You fund your wallet and spend it on the bookings you make.
Which documents do I need?
A copy of the commercial registration, the authorized signatory’s ID or passport, and the signed agency agreement. A travel agency licence, a VAT certificate and the other files in the list can be added too.
How do payments work?
You top up a wallet with us. A booking is paid from it, a refund comes back to it, and every movement is listed against its own booking reference.
Can my staff have their own logins?
Yes. Each branch or counter gets its own user, its own permissions and its own spending limit, and every booking is attributed to the user who made it.
Can I work under my own brand?
Yes. Set your agency name, colour and logo, and the whole panel re-skins to match.
