Antalya is the capital of the Turkish Riviera, with clear water, long beaches and mountains that rise straight behind the coast. In the city itself, Kaleiçi, the walled old town above the ancient harbour, has small hotels in restored Ottoman houses a short walk from restaurants and the marina. Konyaaltı beach to the west and Lara beach to the east, near the airport, are lined with larger hotels, many of them offering all-inclusive rates. Belek, Side and Kemer, further along the coast, are separate resort towns you can search by name. The season runs from late spring to mid-autumn, and the summer months are the busiest, especially for family resorts.
