Find your booking reference
It is on the e-ticket and in the confirmation your agency sent — usually six characters, letters and digits.
Enter it and search
The family name is optional and only matters when one reference returns more than one record.
Read the result
Route, date, flight number, the passenger list and each ticket status — exactly what the airline system holds right now.
This lookup is read-only. Date changes, refunds and any edit are made by the agency that issued your ticket.
Frequently asked
Ask the agency that issued the ticket; the reference is in their sales record. We cannot retrieve a booking without it.
Not necessarily. Check the reference character by character first. But a reservation whose hold expired without being ticketed is released by the airline and is no longer retrievable.
The ticket document comes from the issuing agency. This page shows the booking status and details, not the file.
